Refund and Return Policy

As our products are made-to-order and customized when an order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is completed. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we encourage you to reach out if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the defective item. Refunds may be issued based on the situation. To help us process your request efficiently, please include photos of the damaged item(s) and your order information.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Because our products are made to order and only produced after an order has been placed, cancellations or changes to an order are not accepted. Once an item has entered production, we are unable to cancel, change, or modify the order.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued based on the situation. Refunds may be processed for damaged or defective items only and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Order Processing Times
Because our products are made to order, please allow up to 2-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may extend slightly.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to you via your selected shipping method. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
